Let me tell you who I really am.
I'm the person you call at midnight when everything feels like it's falling apart. I'm the one who talks you through it, helps you make a plan, and then actually follows up the next day to make sure you're okay. I'm the friend who will gas you up when you need confidence and keep it real with you when you need truth. I've been that person my entire life — and I wouldn't change it for anything.
My name is Sylvia Perez. People call me Sylvo. I'm the founder of At Your Service Group LLC, right here in Richmond, Texas — Fort Bend County born and raised.
I started this company because I was already doing the work for free. Helping somebody fill out an application. Walking a friend through the credit repair process. Drafting a letter for someone who didn't know how to say what they needed to say. Staying up until 2 AM making sure a document was perfect because somebody's freedom, or their home, or their business depended on it. At some point I realized — this IS the business. This is what I was built for.
So here's what I do: title processing for car dealers, credit repair, business development, legal document preparation (all attorney-supervised), notary services, and honestly whatever else you need that involves getting something done right. If you need a form filed, a plan built, a letter drafted, or just someone in your corner who actually gives a damn — that's me.
I'm not corporate. I don't have departments. I don't have a fancy automated phone system. You call my number, you get me. And I'm going to treat your problem like it's my own, because in my mind, it is. We're from the same community. Your struggle is my struggle. Your win is my win.
And I'll be honest about something: if you truly can't afford help and you're in a desperate situation, I will help you for free. No strings. No judgment. Because I know what it feels like to need somebody and not have the money to pay for it. I refuse to be the person who turns you away when you need help the most.
That's not a business strategy. That's just who I am.
