• Best phone and email

• Upload of valid ID and proof of address

All information remains confidential and is used solely for credit service purposes.

Step 2 — Sign the Service Agreement (Required by Law)

Before any work can begin, you must review and e-sign:

• Client Service Agreement

• Disclosure Statement of Rights

• Payment Authorization (if applicable)

• Cancellation Notice

These documents explain the scope of our services, your rights under federal law, and your ability to cancel at any time as required by CROA.

Step 3 — Enroll in an Approved $1 Credit Monitoring Service (Mandatory)

Federal law requires us to use your most current credit data to analyze, track, and dispute information on your behalf.
All clients must enroll in ONE of our approved monitoring services:

• MyFreeScoreNow

• IdentityIQ

Each provider offers a $1 first-week trial, then continues monthly until services are complete. You must keep monitoring active during your service period.
